Everything flows!<\/strong><\/div>\n

Becoming, understood as change, movement, the endless flow of reality, the perennial birth and death of things. Heraclitus claimed: what seems static to sensory perception is actually dynamic and constantly changing.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The context changes, but not the meaning. It’s like trying to rediscover in a wine, after months of first tasting it, the same sensations and emotions experienced when we tasted it for the very first time, at a precise moment in ourlives.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We will never drink the same wine twice because we are drinking a living substance that excites us.Even if we remember the situation exactly, the context and everything that surrounded us during that memorable winetasting, those sensations will never return.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Because the wine changes over time, transforming itself and aging in the bottle. In addition to the wine, we the wine tasters change, who experience other emotions and other environments.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The wine changes, our mood changes and the context changes.<\/div>\n
The encounter could never give the same result twice. Although we will recognise the wine and appreciate it, we should evaluate it in its evolution, in an objective way. In this way, we will not risk being disappointed, knowing that particolar wine tasting will never return.<\/div>\n

Heraclitus claimed more than two thousand years ago, that we can not bathe in the same river twice. That we cannot drink the same wine twice, we can say with conviction and great joy!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Wine lives with us and changes with us. This is the beauty of becoming.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
