Tenuta Liliana Wine Experience
Tenuta Liliana will guide you in the process of regeneration of the territory to express the best of the history and culture of Salento.
The route includes a tour of the Ladame vineyard, where the human work carried out has restored value to nature to produce a wine of excellence. It also includes a tour of the winery, which is located in a quarry that dates back to the year 900, regenerated to enhance its values and those of the surrounding environment.
Between the rows route
At the time of booking, you will be directed to the meeting point at the Vineyard, located in Contrada Specchia in Parabita.
The BETWEEN THE ROWS wine experience includes a tour of the Ladame vineyard, the winery and the setting that hosts it (quarry dating back to the year 900).
The duration is about 90 min, and it takes place every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6 pm (reservation required).
Price: 45 euros per person.
Meeting at the Ladame Vineyard in Parabita
The Ladame vineyard was born at 200 metres above sea level, in an area that has been devastated by Xylella and which today, after a long process of regeneration, is an example of how humans can restore value to the land through their work. All the phases will be illustrated, from the selection to the environmental requalification operations, to which it has been subjected.
The route continues with its own vehicles in the winery, also in Parabita, located in an ancient quarry dating back to the year 900, abandoned over the years despite the important historical evidence it preserves: from the work of the ancient quarrymen to the fossils embedded in the ancient walls of the quarry itself.
Winery tour
Step by step, we follow the grape’s journey on the day of the harvest, from the reception of the grape to the ageing in the barrel cellar, where the barrels of fine French wood are kept.
Tasting
The tasting of Ladame wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, wine excellence of Salento, will be accompanied by an accurate gastronomic combination of local specialties.
